Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer queries professionally.
Update, manage, and maintain entries in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Provide information about products/services as required.
Maintain call logs, feedback, and follow-up status.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead management targets.
Assist in building and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Requirements
Experience: 0-3 years (freshers welcome).
Education: 12th pass/Graduate.
Good communication skills in Tamil/English or regional language.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Pleasant voice and confident telephone communication skills.
Positive attitude and ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
