The role involves generating leads, answering inquiries, maintaining records, and supporting sales objectives. Roles and Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts. - Explain product features and provide accurate information to customers. - Respond to inbound customer queries and resolve issues promptly. - Maintain and update customer databases and call records. - Generate sales leads and ensure follow-ups for conversions. - Build positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet targets. - Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude during all interactions. Key Skills - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to persuasively present products and handle objections. - Basic computer proficiency for CRM and data entry. - Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. - Adaptability to scripts and customer needs with patience and positivity.
