Internship Opportunity - Telecaller / Recruitment Intern (Work From Home)
We are hiring a female Telecaller / Recruitment Intern to support HR recruitment activities.
An excellent opportunity for students/freshers to gain real-world HR & recruitment experience while working from home.
Stipend: ₹2,000 per month + incentive per closure
Hours: 6 hrs/day (Mon-Sat) | Remote (WFH)
Responsibilities:
Call candidates and explain job roles
Maintain candidate data in Google Sheets
Coordinate interviews with HR Manager
Complete joining formalities
Requirements:
Female candidates only (18-25 years preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Laptop, SIM, and stable internet connection
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
