Position: Telecaller cum Receptionist
Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad
Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with parents and students. Provide clear information about courses, batches, and admissions. Maintain inquiry records and follow up with interested students. Welcome visitors and guide them about the academy and its programs. Coordinate with teachers and management for daily updates. Manage front-office and basic administrative tasks efficiently.
Eligibility:

Any graduate (freshers or experienced candidates can apply).
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in handling calls and walk-in inquiries. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.). Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred. Energetic, punctual, and responsible personality.

Salary: Based on experience and communication skills.
