Job Summary:



We are looking for a pleasant and enthusiastic

Tele caller & Receptionist

to manage front desk responsibilities and handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite telephone manner, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception Duties:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. Assist walk-in clients and direct them to the appropriate department or person.

Tele calling Duties:



Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain a database of customer contact information and call records. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities (if applicable). Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets set by the management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
