To manage inbound and outbound communication with patients and clients, provide appointment assistance, and ensure effective coordination between departments to enhance patient satisfaction and service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls courteously and professionally.
Provide information on hospital services, doctors' schedules, and appointments.
Record patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints for timely action.
Follow up on patient appointments, diagnostics, and discharge feedback.
Maintain call logs and update patient interaction records in CRM/HIS system.
Support marketing and patient relation initiatives through telecommunication campaigns.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional language preferred).
Computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
Patient-centric, empathetic communication style.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate (any discipline); Diploma in Communication / Customer Service preferred.
1-3 years' experience in healthcare telecalling or patient coordination.
