Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services such as
software development, web/mobile applications, digital marketing, cloud solutions, or IT consulting
.
Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales/business development team.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Update CRM with call details, follow-ups, and lead status.
Coordinate with technical and sales teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
Stay updated with company offerings and current IT market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
3 years of experience in IT sales telecalling
or inside sales.
Strong understanding of
IT services, software solutions, and technology sales
.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
.
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Experience in
B2B sales
is preferred.
Comfortable with
CRM tools
, MS Excel, and email communication.
Target-driven and self-motivated professional.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).

Experience selling
custom software, SaaS, web/app development, or digital solutions

Prior experience with
international or domestic IT clients
