Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and explain insurance plans clearly
Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
Follow-up with interested leads regularly
Maintain proper records of calls and responses
Help walk-in clients at office (if needed)
Assist in basic client servicing & paperwork
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Punjabi preferred)
Confident and goal-oriented
Basic understanding of insurance is a plus (Training provided)
Comfortable with phone calls and client follow-ups
