Job Description

Contact customers to remind them of pending loan payments and overdue accounts.
Negotiate repayment plans and provide assistance with payment issues.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Exhibit strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience - 0 -10 years

Languages required : Hindi, Kannada
