Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, promote our products/services, and maintain strong client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company products/services. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain call records and update client databases. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and close leads.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle rejections and remain positive. Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
