Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound and inbound calls

to potential and existing customers.

Explain products or services

clearly and persuasively to generate interest.

Maintain and update customer databases

(CRM or Excel).

Follow up

with leads and prospects to ensure successful conversion.

Handle customer queries

and resolve issues in a professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills

in English and local languages.

Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of

MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM software.

Minimum qualification:

Graduate (any stream).

1-2 years
