Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales or lead-generation targets.
Customer Support:
Provide accurate information about products or services.
Address customer concerns or complaints and escalate unresolved issues to higher management.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in a CRM system or database.
Follow-ups:
Schedule callbacks for interested prospects or follow up on unresolved queries.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery or product offerings.
Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, telecalling guidelines, and telemarketing regulations.
Problem Solving:
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or alternatives.
