We are looking for a

Telecaller

who can handle outbound and inbound calls efficiently. The candidate should have

good communication skills

and a pleasant personality. There will be

no targets

, and the primary responsibility will be

calling leads provided by the company

and maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to the leads shared by the company. Explain company products/services to potential customers. Handle inbound queries politely and professionally. Maintain a daily call log and update lead information in the system. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Coordinate with the team for smooth follow-ups.

Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills (English). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry). Pleasant and confident phone etiquette. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in telecalling will be an added advantage, but freshers can also apply.
