Job Description

Telecaller Responsibilities:



Outbound Calling:



Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain their features and benefits, and generate leads.

Inbound Handling:



Answering incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.

Customer Interaction:



Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process or providing necessary assistance.

Sales & Targets:



Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets by converting leads into sales or appointments.

Product Knowledge:



Maintaining a thorough understanding of products and services to effectively communicate with customers.

Data Entry Operator Responsibilities:



Data Input:



Accurately entering customer information, sales data, and other relevant details into computer systems or databases.

Data Verification:



Checking the accuracy and completeness of entered data, identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies.

Record Maintenance:



Updating and maintaining customer records, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.

Report Generation:



Preparing reports based on the collected data, highlighting key trends or insights.

CRM Integration:



Utilizing CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and analyze customer data.

CRM Executive Responsibilities:



Customer Relationship Management:



Managing and maintaining customer data within a CRM system.

Customer Communication:



Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels.

Strategy Implementation:



Developing and implementing customer-focused strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Data Analysis:



Analyzing customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:



Working with other teams (sales, marketing, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Overall, this role requires a combination of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using CRM and data entry software
