Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up loan leads, assist with documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Follow up leads and explain loan products & processes
Guide customers on required documents
Coordinate with internal teams and banks for case updates
Update customer and lead details in Excel / internal systems
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
