Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads in the company's Lead Management Module.
Take complete ownership of walk-ins and ensure a positive and seamless experience for prospective parents at the assigned centre.

Admissions Process
Guide parents through application and registration steps.
Coordinate with the academic and accounts team for smooth onboarding.
Ensure all documentation and fee payments are complete before start date in coordination with the Centres.
Coordination with Centres
Follow up with centres on the status of enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups are conducted as per SOPs.
Schedule parent visits in coordination with the centre teams to ensure smooth and well-prepared interactions.
Coordinate with centres throughout the enquiry engagement process, ensuring consistent communication and a seamless parent experience.
Schedule free trial sessions, confirm slots, and organize parent visits for special events or open days.
Collect and record feedback from parents regarding the admission process and document reasons for non-registration to support continuous improvement efforts.
Reporting & Analysis
Submit daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions to management.
Update the Lead Management Module on a daily and real-time basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Analyse conversion ratios regularly and provide insights or suggestions to improve the admission strategy.
Track the source of leads to support marketing initiatives and identify high-performing channels.
Monitor the quality and volume of enquiries on a daily basis to ensure targets and service standards are met.
Periodically update FAQs, counselling files, SOPs, fee structures, and admission process documents to reflect current practices.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (minimum qualification)
Work Experience:
1-2 years prior experience in school admissions or counselling preferred
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with CRM or lead management software
Well-organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of enquiries
