Telecaller Position at Divine Digital Academy

Divine Digital Academy seeks a dynamic Telecaller for its new office in Maya Garden, Zirakpur. This role offers a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives to reward high achievers in lead generation and enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, promoting digital academy courses like online digital marketing programs. Handle inbound queries on course fees, durations, and enrollment processes, providing clear information to convert leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM system.? Achieve daily/weekly targets for enrollments, with incentives tied to verified leads and conversions.? Collaborate with the admissions team to schedule demos and facilitate smooth onboarding.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in telecalling or sales preferred, especially in education sector. Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi, with persuasive skills for customer engagement. Basic computer proficiency, including CRM tools; ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Location: New office in Maya Garden Magnesia, Zirakpur - full-time role.
Compensation
