We are looking for a confident and result-oriented

Female Telecaller

to join our real estate team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make calls to potential customers and explain property details. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients. Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain call logs and update client interactions in Excel/CRM. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure conversion and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1-2 years

of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the

Real Estate industry

. Excellent

communication and persuasion skills

(Hindi & English). Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle client objections and convert inquiries into visits/sales.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
