Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from company database, online inquiries, and walk-in leads.
Provide project details (location, pricing, amenities, USPs) in a clear and convincing manner.
Generate interest and schedule
site visits
to the project location.
Follow up with clients to confirm visits and ensure maximum attendance.
Maintain and update lead records, follow-up status, and visit schedules in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for client handover during/after site visits.
Handle inbound calls and redirect sales-ready customers to the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and confirmed site visits.
