Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain and update customer database.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance goals.
Provide accurate information and build positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local language as per your need].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Data entry).
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
