Profile: Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students/parents for course inquiries and follow-ups. Provide accurate information about animation, VFX, graphic design, and digital marketing courses. Maintain database and update records of communication. Convert inquiries into walk-ins and admissions. Handle incoming calls, resolve queries professionally. Follow-up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Coordinate with counselors and the admission team.

Requirements:

Qualification:

HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

0-2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)

Languages:

Hindi, English, Marathi Good communication and convincing skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry)
