We are hiring telecallers who can speak with customers and explain our loan and insurance products. Training and calling scripts will be provided for easy understanding.

Principal Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding personal loans, business loans, home loans, credit cards, and insurance products (health, life, travel). Explain product details clearly and answer customer questions. Collect customer information such as income, existing EMIs, and insurance needs. Update call status and maintain daily calling records. Follow up with interested customers and coordinate with the backend processing team. Maintain professionalism and customer-friendly communication.

Job Requirements

Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Ability to speak clearly, politely, and confidently. Basic knowledge of phone handling and WhatsApp. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to convince customers politely.
