We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with at least 1 year of BPO experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, engaging with customers, and providing accurate information about our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to prospective customers
Handle inbound customer queries professionally
Maintain call quality and follow communication scripts
Update customer details and call reports regularly
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO (voice process mandatory)
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Bengali preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Basic computer knowledge
