Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to customers
Explain products, services, or offers clearly and accurately
Understand customer needs and provide suitable information or solutions
Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and schedule appointments if required
Maintain call records, customer details, and feedback accurately
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner
Achieve call targets and performance metrics set by the organization
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and closures
Required Skills & Competencies
Good verbal communication and listening skills
Clear and polite phone etiquette
Ability to convince and influence customers positively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, or data entry tools)
Ability to understand customer requirements quickly
Problem-solving and objection-handling skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream)
Prior experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive is an advantage (freshers can apply)
