Attend incoming calls from customers promptly and politely.
Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.
Provide accurate information about project / services as required.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Record call details and update necessary information in the system.
Forward complex queries to the concerned department when necessary.
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Hindi and Bengali
(mandatory).
Basic workable English
for simple communication/documentation.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Patience and ability to handle customer concerns calmly.
Basic computer knowledge.
