Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Tele-caller

to join our fast-growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with order-related queries, promote products, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products, offers, and new launches. Handle inbound customer calls and address queries related to orders, payments, returns, delivery status, and product information. Assist customers in placing orders and guide them through the purchase process. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in system. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues when required. Follow communication scripts and maintain call quality standards. Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals. Provide feedback to the sales and operations team based on customer queries and issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

12th pass

; graduate preferred. 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales (E-commerce experience is a plus). Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali.

Hindi and English

are desired. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer skills with MS Office and familiarity with CRM or e-commerce platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
