1. Interacting with present customers regarding ongoing projects and supply orders.
2. Generating new enquiries by cold calling, social media marketing.
3.Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments and follow up on leads to convert prospects. Achieve sales or engagement goals.
4,Adhere to call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery
5.Preparing voucher.
6.Handle incoming calls to answer customer questions, address concerns, and resolve complaints.
