Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products or services and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and update databases.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close leads.
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the support team for smooth operations.
Maintain professionalism and positive communication during all customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be fluent in
Kannada, Tamil, and Bengali
(knowledge of Hindi/English is an added advantage).
Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
