Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls. Explain INSURANCES, benefits, and apply procedures clearly and confidently. Understand customer's needs and guide them toward suitable programs. Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure conversions. Maintain records of calls, conversations, and feedback.

Requirements:

12th/Graduation is mandatory

for eligibility.

English-speaking skills

are required to communicate effectively . Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.
