Job Description

Pathfinder seeks an enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students/parents, provide program information (JEE, NEET, Board, Foundation, Olympiads), answer queries, and facilitate admissions to expand our reach and help students achieve academic dreams.



Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls, effectively communicating Pathfinder's program benefits.



Respond to inbound inquiries about courses, fees, and admissions.



Address doubts professionally and generate leads.



Schedule appointments for center visits/counseling.



Maintain accurate call records in CRM and follow up for conversions.



Achieve daily/monthly call and admission targets.



Stay updated on all program details.



Qualifications & Requirements:



Education: Minimum 10+2; Bachelor's degree preferred.



Experience: Previous telecalling/customer service experience (education sector a plus).



Communication: Excellent verbal skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English (or relevant local languages).



Skills: Strong listening, basic computer proficiency (CRM), target-oriented, patient, positive attitude, adaptable.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
