Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers Explain products/services and generate interest Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records Handle customer queries and provide relevant information

Requirements:

Good communication skills in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Odia] Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated Experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory)
