Telecaller (Voice Process) - Digital Marketing Company

Gender: Male & Female

Candidates Working Hours: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Roles & Responsibilities:


Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently


Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively


Generate leads and follow up with potential clients


Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems


Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team leader


Build strong relationships with clients through polite and helpful communication

Requirements:


Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, e.g., Hindi/Bengali]


Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)


Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality


Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Freshers are encouraged to apply - training will be provided
