Telecaller (Voice Process) - Digital Marketing Company

Candidates Working Hours: Day Shift (Monday to Saturday)

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

? Explain company products or services clearly and persuasively

? Generate leads and follow up with potential clients

? Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems

? Meet daily and monthly targets set by the team leader

? Build strong relationships with clients through polite and helpful communication

Requirements:

? Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language, e.g., Hindi/Bengali]

? Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

? Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Freshers are encouraged to apply - training will be provided
