Key Responsibilities



Customer Communication (Voice & Non-Voice):



Make

outbound calls

to customers/vendors and handle

inbound calls

. Maintain polite and professional communication at all times. Respond to customer/vendor queries through

calls, WhatsApp, email, or chat

. Follow up with customers to update status, collect information, or clarify details.

Purchase & Order Management Support



Create and send

Purchase Orders (PO)

to vendors. Maintain and update

order status

regularly. Collect delivery challans/invoices and update records. Coordinate with the stores/production/purchase team for order-related updates.

Excel & Documentation



Maintain customer/vendor databases in

Excel

. Update

pending order list

, received materials list, and daily follow-up sheet. Enter

purchase invoices

into system/Excel and track pending invoices.

Skills Required



Good communication skills (Tamil & English as needed). Confident phone handling and customer-friendly approach. Knowledge of purchase processes (PO, invoice, tracking) - preferred. Good typing speed and accuracy.

Education Qualification



Any graduate Basic computer knowledge is must.

Experience - Fresher / 1year of experience in customer support / telecalling



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
