Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product/service promotion.
• Handle inbound calls and provide information or resolve basic customer queries.
• Generate leads, explain company offerings, and convert inquiries into sales/appointments.
• Follow up on leads, pending responses, and customer feedback.
• Maintain daily call records, update customer details in CRM, and prepare calling reports.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure good customer service.

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM entry).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle customers.

Required Qualification: - 12th Pass/Any Graduate
Salary :- Upto 2.16 LPA
