Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product/service promotion.
Handle inbound calls and provide information or resolve basic customer queries.
Generate leads, explain company offerings, and convert inquiries into sales/appointments.
Follow up on leads, pending responses, and customer feedback.
Maintain daily call records, update customer details in CRM, and prepare calling reports.
Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Maintain professional communication and ensure good customer service.
Required Skills
Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM entry).
Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to handle customers.
