We are looking for a confident and result-oriented
Telecaller
to join our team at WebSenor for the
US shift
. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. You will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective US clients to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries with professionalism and clarity.
Build strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
Convince and convert leads into sales or appointments.
Maintain accurate call records, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Excellent command over
spoken and written English
.
Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to
convince and influence customers
.
Prior experience in telecalling, international BPO, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work in
night shifts
(US business hours).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented personality.
