The Telecaller handles incoming client inquiries and outbound calling to potential customers--promoting Prestivo Tax services, answering questions, and ensuring excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients for tax services
Handle inbound calls with professionalism and clarity
Explain services, collect client details, and guide with next steps
Follow scripts and maintain lead tracking in CRM
Resolve client queries or route them to the correct department
Maintain high-quality service and communication standards
Qualifications
:
Strong English communication skills
Experience in BPO/Customer Service preferred
Ability to handle high-volume calls
Good listening and persuasive skills
Positive attitude and customer-first approach
Freshers are welcome if your have good communication & Ms Office Skills.
