Make outbound calls to dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, and project clients
Handle inbound customer queries related to laminate products, pricing, availability, and schemes
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending orders
Maintain and update customer data in CRM/software
Coordinate with sales executives and logistics teams for order execution
Collect market feedback and customer requirements
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Ensure professional and polite communication with all customers
