Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Follow-up:

Make outbound calls to potential clients, follow up on marketing leads, and nurture existing contacts.

Property Promotion:

Introduce property listings, explain features, benefits, and pricing, and stay updated on market trends.

Client Interaction:

Handle inbound calls, answer questions, resolve complaints, and build rapport.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule and coordinate property viewings (site visits) with interested clients.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate client records and interaction history in CRM software.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills, active listening, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.

Sales Acumen:

Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and convert leads.

Tech Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer/data entry.

Personal Attributes:

Positive attitude, resilience to rejection, strong time management, and customer focus.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma required; experience in telecalling or real estate is a plus.
Ideal Candidate:An organized, results-driven individual who excels at phone communication, understands customer needs, and is passionate about the real estate market, working effectively to drive property sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
