Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers. Explain products or services and resolve customer queries efficiently. Maintain a record of customer interactions and update databases. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close leads. Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the support team for smooth operations. Maintain professionalism and positive communication during all customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass Excellent verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in

Telugu, Tamil.

Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
