Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
Explain company services and offerings in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain call logs and follow-up records.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales/operations team.
Handle customer inquiries politely and provide accurate information.
Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills (Hindi/English).
Confident, polite, and presentable personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle clients and resolve queries patiently.
Should be punctual, responsible, and well-disciplined.
