The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls (and/or attend inbound calls) to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
Answer incoming calls from customers and address inquiries or resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the database.
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
Handle customer objections efficiently and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and company policies.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 10+2 or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers may apply).
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Good command of English and local language(s).

Salary:
Competitive base salary plus incentives/commission based on performance.
