Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services
Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain and update the customer database

Achieve daily and weekly call and sales targets
Maintain a positive attitude and professional communication with clients
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
