We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing customers and potential clients
Respond to inquiries and provide information about products and services
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Update customer information in the customer service database
Meet or exceed performance goals
Follow up with customers after sales or services rendered
Requirements:
Proven track record of successful sales and customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Telecaller is preferred
