Telecaller Position - Two Roles Available

We are currently hiring for the position of Telecaller under the following two categories:

1. Conversion-Based Work (Healthcare Sector)

Compensation: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000/month Role Description:
Responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients/patients with the goal of converting leads into confirmed appointments or services. A performance-driven role that requires strong persuasive skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:
Prior experience in sales or conversion-based calling preferred
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work with targets and meet daily/weekly goals
2. Informed / Motivational-Based Work (politicians)

Compensation: ₹8000 - ₹15,000/month Role Description:
Focused on spreading awareness, providing detailed information, or offering motivation for participation in programs or services. The goal is not immediate conversion but building trust and delivering value-based conversations.

Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage and motivate individuals through conversation
A calm and empathetic tone is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
