Mass Nex Gen LLP is looking for an experienced and result-driven
Telecaller
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling outbound/inbound calls, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide complete information.
Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/lead targets.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Positive attitude and strong work ethics.
Education:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Salary:
As per industry standards (based on experience and performance).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
