Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (exporters, manufacturers, suppliers).
Explain the benefits and services of company and how it can help them grow their business globally.
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong relationship for conversion.
Maintain a database of clients and update call records in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and client queries.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role (preferably B2B).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
