We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our team as a Telecaller at our factory. The primary responsibility is to call potential customers whose leads are generated via IndiaMart, understand their requirements, and share basic product or service details. Responsibilities: Call daily leads received from IndiaMart Brief customers about our products/services Note down customer requirements and share with the sales team Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups Provide polite and professional communication
Requirements: Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Basic knowledge of using mobile/computer Willingness to learn and grow Positive attitude and punctuality
