Job Description

The primary job of a telecaller is to make outbound calls to employees to gather information, provide updates, resolve issues, or conduct employee surveys, which in this context would include taking attendance. Key responsibilities involve clear communication, maintaining accurate records, using scripts, and ensuring all data is recorded correctly in the relevant systems. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Make regular calls to employees to gather attendance information for the day.

Data Collection:

Ask relevant questions to employees to confirm their presence or absence and record the information accurately.

Record Keeping:

Maintain precise records of attendance, ensuring all data is logged correctly in the company's system or on designated forms.

Communication:

Clearly explain the purpose of the call to employees and ensure a professional interaction.

Problem Solving:

Address any employee concerns or issues related to attendance, such as no-shows or late arrivals, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate the issue.

Follow-up:

Follow up with employees who were not reached during the initial call to confirm their attendance.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
