Job Description

Makes outbound and inbound calls to sell products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and resolve customer complaints, often in sales or customer service roles.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calls:

Contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, explain benefits, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Inbound Calls:

Handling customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints or issues.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and gathering information about potential new customers and updating contact details in databases.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up with leads, and updating CRM systems.

Sales & Targets:

Meeting defined sales targets and contributing to the team's overall performance by generating sales and closing deals.

Market Research:

Conducting research to understand customer needs and market trends.
