We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Telecaller to join our hospital team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, providing information about hospital services, following up on patient queries, and supporting the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information regarding hospital services, doctors' availability, treatment packages, health check-ups, etc.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
Follow up with patients regarding reports, feedback, and reminders for check-ups.
Maintain patient records and update the hospital management system.
Assist in coordinating with different hospital departments for patient queries.
Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate authority.
Meet daily/weekly call and service targets as set by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer care executive, or in a similar role (preferably in healthcare/hospital industry).
Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s).
Ability to handle patients with sensitivity, patience, and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare customer service.
Knowledge of medical terminology (added advantage).
Ability to work in shifts/weekends if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
